Paris Hilton Does It All

You have to hand it to Paris Hilton, she seems to be everywhere these days and for different reasons than her initial rise to super stardom. Today, Paris is billed as an entrepreneur, a film star and a recording artist. She’s also hit British TV screens in a pretty big way over recent months courtesy of a TV advertisement for bgo – one of the country’s biggest online casino, bingo and gaming brands.

Paris stars opposite diminutive star of TV and movies, Verne Troyer, who is probably best known for his work as “Mini Me” in Mike Myers’ Austin Powers films.

Information about both Paris Hilton and Verne Troyer features on the bgo blogpost area of the bgo site – and is well worth a read for those with an interest.

The ads are genuinely entertaining. They’re tongue in cheek, of course, and see Verne as the boss who is unhappy at all the trendy innovations and general level of glitziness introduced by Paris. He’s concerned that Paris might soon be the bgo boss instead of him. This is a general theme reflected in all the ads that are getting a lot of airplay just at the moment as the brand is clearly aiming to become the major player in the UK market along with competitors such as Titanbet, William Hill, Ladbrokes and several other online gaming brands.

In the latest ad, the boss sees Paris offering free spins to all the players then wakes to find it was all a bad dream and that he’s actually in an interview with Paris, who is applying for the assistant’s position. Needless to say, he turns her down.

And whilst the bgo ads are all about cheeky humour, they do come pretty near to the real mark of the reinvented Paris Hilton of today. In recent years, the now 34-year-old Hilton has appeared in the Danish version of TV series Paradise Hotel and in two episodes of the TV show The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Her business interests are also said to be progressing well. Paris now has 45 of her own stores – in which the products sold include bags, fragrances, sunglasses and shoes inspired or created in conjunction with the actress. She’s also appeared in music videos including Birdman’s “Tapout”.

And as if all this activity isn’t enough, she also announced a deal with Cash Money Records in May 2013 to release a second album including collaborations with Snoop Dogg, RedOne, and Flo Rida.

Paris has released many songs over the years which have met with mixed reviews and box office success. But there’s absolutely no denying her talent and vocal range as exemplified by her “Come Alive” song.

So tell us, please, just how does the omnipresent Ms. Hilton find the time to do all this stuff? Perhaps there’s a secret twin sister!?
